This shower set includes a 10 inch LED shower head and a 200mm ceiling shower arm. Made from durable solid brass construction materials and finished in modern matte black colour, they are certified under Australian Standard and comes with high quality. Each product is brand new and 100% system tested. The shower head comes with a turbine (powered) LED lights and no battery is needed. It also comes with a 360 degrees swivel ball joint adjustable to suit your need and a mesh filter to block all debris in water. The shower arm is ceiling mounted with a female end water inlet.   • This item comes with a 5 year repair warranty and a 6 month warranty on the installation parts. (Installation parts such as cartridges screws nuts etc).
  • Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
  • To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:
    • Contact Us with your MyDeal Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
    • IMPORTANT NOTES:
    • If your claim is reported within 10 days of delivery once approved you will receive a prepaid label to return the item. Once the fault is verified we will provide you with a repair or replacement.
    • If your claim is reported after 10 days once your claim is approved you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement
    • If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
    • Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved
