  • Ensuring safe use of your unit
    • Water in the bottom chamber should be under the level of the safety valve to avoid extra build up of steam
    • Use coarsely grinded coffee to prevent blocking the upper filter holes. Do not compact the coffee
    • The chambers should be screwed on tightly
    • While heating by electric cooker, power should not exceed 600W
    • Do not open the lid while brewing as hot or boiling water may spill out. Brewing is completed when all the water has been percolated into the top chamber
