1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Have looked forever for one of these tanks and was so glad when i found it - had a grey water tank previously but was not a patch on this unit - fully portable, very functional, on wheels, easy to clean and maintain - what more could you want
