Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

I didn't expect much for the price and when the box arrived damaged I was disheartened. But the bench is Not damaged in any way and is perfect for the description. We're using it as a pizza making bench for our new pizza oven and it's been an absoluty perfect.
