Had my coffee machine two months now, can't fault it. About a week to deliver. OK. Easy to use and clean, use it every day, great coffee from any menu on the selection. Don't go paying $2,000 + for a brand name. Don't even try the coffee beans that come with the machine, yuk, bitter with a sour after taste. Buy a good brand.

The price is genuine because most stores sell similar for $2000< and it is the easiest one to use. I have used it every day for a year and it's all it needs is cleaning.

We have now had our machine for about 1 month and it's a dream. The touch screen is beautiful and so so easy to use. I love that you can program the amounts of coffee/milk easily. It is easy to empty the grinds too. It's not that loud when it grinds however I don't have anything to compare to being our fist one. I love the auto milk frothing so the kids can easily have bubba-chinos. It proabably makes on average 3 coffees a day and used about 200gms of coffee beans in that month so I recon it's really economical. Would I buy one again? Well so far so good - yes.
