The intricately designed parts enable a gentle extraction method expels no heat or friction (like a centrifugal or standard juicer), and preserves the living properties of the food. The juice is full-bodied, "alive" and will remain so for up to 48 hours.

I have bought 3 of these juices over the past 7 years, and I love them. I used the first one until it needed replacing (just wore it out). The second I bought for a friend and then my replacement. They are such great strong quality and don't take up much room. The BioChef are a great juicer if you are just getting into fruit and vegetable juicing.
