We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Fiddly to assemble but very comfy and solid once built

I love this chair. It is smart and comfortable. I've even fallen asleep in it (only once). The only thing I found difficult was the assembly. It comes as a flat pack and like most assemble yourself furniture, the instructions are not always helpful. I prefer written instructions to just diagrams, but these instructions are only diagrams. So rather than put the jigsaw together myself which was my plan, my husband had to rescue me and complete the job. Lovely chair for a great price and a really good delivery too.

I had my doubts about this chair when I saw it on the site but it has turned out to be a very special part of my furniture. Easy to assemble - even for me, a senior. Just love it's comfortable rock at the end of the day with some music or a good read.
