Black as night, the watch Casio refers to as “The Blackout”.
There are many popular Baby-Gs, but the BGA-151-1BDR stands out. It is completely black with a black case, display, bezel and only white hands. It’s an analogue-digital combination.
The hour markers have been raised, which makes it much easier to see them.
Now, as with Casio’s other Analogue-Digital combinations, the backlight is only for the analogue part of the watch, but with the face being so large, and the hands practically glowing, you shouldn’t have any trouble making out the time.
One bad thing about most watches, is they’re very fragile. The wrong bump, a fall, many things can break a normal watch. Luckily Casio doesn’t do normal. They have their patented 100m shock resistance, as well as a mineral glass for the screen. This means you can slip and fall, you can land on your wrist, and the watch will still keep on ticking. Plus with the mineral glass chances are you won’t even scratch the display if you do fall.
The bezel here is stainless steel and black, so it looks like a metal watch, making it feel even better on your wrist. And at 43 g you won’t even notice it on!
