If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

Took a bit of patience putting it together there are a lot of screws but the finished product is great . Very happy with my purchase!

The perfect desk if you want to cry yourself to sleep after trying to assemble it. Don't rely on the tools packaged with it and make sure you have your own tools before even attempting it. Sturdy and good looking once you can push past the horror of assembly though.
