This hutch has two accessible fence doors one is on the first floor and the other one is on ground floor. Each door comes with a strong and firm security lock.
This sturdy hutch has installed fences on the ground floor so that you can observe the living habits and activities of the pet.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods
