1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

The product was great but didn’t suit my daughter The return device was terrible I offered to return the product and purchse a more expensive one from the same company They didn’t want to know about it all they wanted to do was charge me all up $$25 dollars return fee Very dissappointed I have brought a few things from my deal and have been happy but not this time Jill B
