1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Stools are great, my Son tells me he will buy a similar product from you, but says he will wait until my purchase with the generator is resolved. A matter of trust maybe!!!!

Very happy with the product. Only complaint is that it would appear to be uneven in that one arm goes under the benchtop but the other one does not - both stools the same problem.
