Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods
Please note that all returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.

Awesome chair ---- only down side is I received one chair only, when I had ordered 2. The second was refunded when they identified it was un-supplied, but they advertised again just a week later. Cannot believe the price when compared to what you see in retail shops - looked too cheap, so I was not expecting a great chair. Will never buy from retail shop again!
