Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The mannequin was a really good price, so I wasn’t sure exactly what would arrive but it is exactly as advertised. I’m very pleased with this product and the delivery time was very fast especially as it was ordered over the Xmas period. I am very happy with my purchase.

It’s fantastic quality and value , except it may be too big for the military uniform which will arrive next week. Do you have a slightly smaller model please?

We have over time purchased 12 male mannequins for displaying uniforms in a major museum. MyDeal have been excellent to deal with and the mannequins are always of excellent quality and great value for money. Highly recommended for museum display use.

This mannequin is lifelike as per its description, which pleased us because we needed it for a community museum display. It arrived safe and sound in protective wrapping; and is now proudly on display in service uniform. Recommended as very good value for the price.
