Removable tank
The ION632s removable 3.5L water tank comes with carry handles for your convenience. You can also opt for continuous drainage with the supplied 1m hose.
Pre-Set humidistat
The built-in humidistat lets you set the relative humidity you wish in the house based on pre-set modes:
In Auto mode, the unit automatically keeps the room at a comfortable Relative Humidity (RH) level of 55%RH. This mode is ideal for maximum energy saving and quiet operation.
In Low mode, it dries the air to approximately 55%RH and runs on economy fan mode to sample the air for its humidity level. It will dehumidify again when the relative humidity rises. This mode is perfect for daily normal household use. Plus, bacteria and mould will not breed at this level.
In Hi mode, the unit dries the air to approximately 45% RH and stops dehumidifying but runs on fan-only mode to sample the air for its humidity level. It will dehumidify again when the relative humidity rises. This is ideal to control a very damp room in the first couple of days.

If your item is faulty:
If it is deemed a manufacturing fault and returned within 30 days of finding the fault, we will exchange the item if in stock, repair it if it is no longer in stock, or refund your money. After 30 days of purchase, any faults or issues will fall under our warranty policy guidelines. In all cases, please contact us to troubleshoot or arrange a product return.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (change of mind):
If your product is faulty or significantly different to that shown or described to you or not performing the function you were led to believe that it would and Andatech in its reasonable opinion agrees, you are entitled to choose a refund, repair or exchange.
This is provided that the product is returned to us within 30 days, with all packaging and accessories intact, and with valid proof of purchase.
For change of mind refunds, a 25% restocking fee will also be imposed. However if the item is unopened and unused and in its original packaging, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Warranty Policy:
All our products carry a standard warranty ranging from 1-3 years up to a lifetime.
Warranties only cover parts defective in material and/or workmanship. Defects that have resulted improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, excess moisture, insects,
improper packing, lightning, power surges, unauthorised tampering, alteration or modification are not covered under warranty.

If you have a product that is under warranty and has a defect or fault, please contact Andatech for assistance with troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved, a product return can be arranged. Items that are under warranty and deemed faulty by Andatech will be repaired or replaced. Please contact us to raise an RA number.
How to return an item:
Please contact us to obtain an RA (Return Authorisation) number and return details. Any returns mailed back to us without a valid RA number will be rejected.
Postage charges:
Postage charges for faulty items will be covered by us. A return label will be provided when you contact us to get your RA number.
For items returned due to change of mind, customers will be responsible for all postage charges. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Andatech will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered insured post
