2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Love it and so does my youngest grandaughter.. Saw them elsewhere at a much higher price.

The product is better quality than anticipated. I was especially impressed by the speed of the delivery. However the Chair is very small. I realize it is for a child, but the child I purchased for has just turned 2 and will not service him for very long. I believe it should be retitled a toddlers chair, not child, as a person is still a child at 12, and the chair certainly would not be appropriate.
