4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Seeing the excitement in my great grandson's face says it all - he and his twin have taken to these chairs and totally "owned" them. Delivery was so fast, my grand daughter double checked to see if it really could be the chairs!! Their dad has also sat in one while playing with them, showing just how sturdy the chair is.
