Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

The mattress was easy to get out of the box and the vacuum seal bag. I let the mattress fully expand over night before my son slept on it. It's a great, supportive mattress.

At first, I was skeptical with the package as it comes in a box. But to my surprise, the mattress turns out to be thick, soft and comfortable. Good quality and was fast delivery too. Thankyou👍🤗
