The walls are water repellent rot-proof UV resistant and mould resistant with 1 mesh door and 1 mesh roof providing excellent ventilation. It also features PVC waterproof floor edge which prevents dew leak in. The improved design now uses quality aluminium poles bringing extra strength and stability. Our swag has a full length zip off top flap with heavy duty zips. The swag is taller and has more foot space than other similar products in the market. Set up is very easy with three aluminium poles pegs and guide ropes which make it easy on your bed-ready brain.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods
