It is wall mounted with a female end water inlet and it comes with ceramic disc cartridge technology for smooth long lasting operation. With an in-built diverter, you can easily switch between using your shower head, handheld shower spray, or other facilities. This set is 100% system tested and it comes with a 5 year warranty and a 6 month warranty on the installation parts'(cartridges, screws, nuts, and etc.)

To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:
- Contact Us with your MyDeal Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.
- IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If your claim is reported within 10 days of delivery once approved you will receive a prepaid label to return the item. Once the fault is verified we will provide you with a repair or replacement.
- If your claim is reported after 10 days once your claim is approved you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement
- If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
- Our team may provide simple repair instructions to complete in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns can be approved
