1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Very good value for money. I bought the cheaper one but it still works in relivieving my shoulder pain at night.

I've had this for 5 months now and I'm thoroughly impressed. It's brought my old, hard, springy mattress back to being a comfortable bed again. I would liked to have purchased a new mattress, but this product is far cheaper, and does everything I need. The memory foam feel takes a few nights to get used to; after a week or so I'm hooked. The bamboo cloth cover has a nice feel and is removable. The underside has a stippled texture so it doesn't slide on the mattress. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's held up incredibly well, has saved me hundreds of dollars, and it's a high-quality mattress cover. Highly recommend.
