    The strong personality of the Brut Réserve NV derives from its exceptional vineyard sources. It is a blend of 20% Chardonnay, for its elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot Noir, for its body and structure, and 40% Pinot Meunier for its fruitiness.

    Pale, golden-yellow colour with subtle green glints and wonderful luminosity, a persistent stream of fine and delicate bubbles
  • Aroma
    A nose of fresh fruits dominated by citrus fruit and pineapple mixed with notes of white flowers and spices (ginger and cardamom)
  • Bouquet
    Well defined, subtly rounded with expressive flavours. The fruit progressively emerges to reveal a finely balance champagne displaying great length on the finish.
  • Food
    A very sociable wine, excellent for aperitifs on a sunny terrace on a summer afternoon. It is a wonderful accompaniment for langoustine or tartar of sea beam served with olive oil and lemon. Grilled sole or a white fish sashimi would also marry the wine perfectly. Served chilled, as an aperitif
