We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Comfortable, great quality and delivered quick! Cannot believe the price when compared to what you see in retail shops - looked too cheap, so I was not expecting a great chair. Will never buy from retail shop again!

First purchase on this site was one of these chairs. I was very impressed with how quickly it arrived and was absolutely blown away with the quality of the chair for the price. Can highly recommend this chair. With quality for the price I will definitely be shopping here more often.
