1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Great carrier for my chihuahua and the cat loves it too :)

I purchased these after having the dogs jumping all over the car on the way home from a doggy bath, trying to avoid more mess. I loved the stiffness of the seats, they stayed in shape. They work really well for both of our dogs because my chihuahua is used to being in a carry bag so I could zip her in. Our caboodle also worked really well within its confines because she wears a collar and is used to being held by it - so didn't fight being held in place. Obviously both of these methods can be used so we got lucky.

Very good Quality Product. Also this product is very practical. Can be fold flet for Storage. I highly recommend.
