We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Shipping to Darwin was perfect, they cane a day earlier then anticipation. The bed was easy enough to assembly, came flat pack so set aside a bit of time but the instructions were clear. The bed is strong but I wouldn't recommend jumping on it ;) could be stronger if the slates had a middle brace. All in all a good buy and a great price :) very happy
