This auxiliary bracket is one of the best on the market. It's fully made from heavy duty stainless steel (except for the mounting board and adjusting knobs). These are twice as strong as an aluminium bracket. The stainless steel strength isn't the only good feature, the stainless steel doesn't tend to corrode like aluminium brackets or galvanised brackets. The only other parts not made from stainless steel is the outboard mounting board. This is made from polypropylene which will never rot or deteriorate like wooden mounting boards.
