I'm pleased with this item. I used it for the first time yesterday. I had it cooking the eveningmean for most of the day. I bought a liko of chuck beef & made beef & red wine 'stew' with a few mushrooms & chopped up carrots. I turned to down to warm at about 6pm & we ate at ~7pm. It was great and I had a little left over for lunch today. I have no hesitation in recommending this cooker.
