Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. If a product is deemed to be faulty after that time, the normal warranty conditions for that product will apply. Great device, good price, fast delivery, and it works! Out of the mail bag, the unit was charged already, and I used it to start our Jeep Cherokee diesel, 800CCA, and ZZIP, immediate start! For any automatic, this is the first item you need, ahead of the tow rope!

This product is fantastic. I have already used it to jump start my car twice as the battery needs replacing. I have also use the torch which is extremely bright and I have also used it to charge my phone. This device should be in every car. Great price and excellent for a Christmas present for everyone who drives a car. Absolutely love it.
