Return/exchange or refund is accepted if return is due to item defective, not as described in the list or parts damaged during post.

In case an item is defected or isn't as described and you want a new one to be posted, we will send a new one and may ask you to return the previous item before new one is sent.

We will need you to print out courier return label and official Return Note. Please contact us for Return Note and Return label. We will provide you Australian Post return label, you only need to drop item to post office.

Returned item must in original condition and package materials for exchange or refund. Damaged or used item may incur additional charge. All exchanges, returns & cancellations are subject to a 10% or $12 admin & restocking fee, whichever is higher, unless we made an error on shipping.
