Great at trimming really tall hedges and cutting thicker branches in difficult places like near power lines, in situations where a ladder might give you the height, but not the reach. Note too, not clearly seen in the picture, is an over the shoulder strap, and protective hard plastic covers for the 'teeth' while storing. Very pleased with the value for money, and sturdiness. It literally is two products for the price of one. Obviously you do need to switch between the two attachments, depending on the branch thickness, which could be annoying on a large job. For me on it was about chainsaw first. followed by trimming and on my quarter acre suburban block, 2Ah battery was ample and I enjoyed it. Not trimming my tall Lilly Pilly hedges manually again.

I have ordered a couple of bigger batteries as the 2 AH are bit on the lite side. It wood be good if you could get a faster charger. But I am in pressed with the unit. I am using the combo for pruning my olive orchard
