If you would like to exchange your product that is purchased outside a sale event, you will need to return the unwanted item, in new condition, unwashed, unused, tags still on. Upon receipt of the unwanted item, we will provide you with a credit note & discounted shipping of $5.
If you would like to return a Bespoke Baby product because you have changed your mind, we will happily assist with providing a store credit for the cost of the items (excl. shipping costs).
Unfortunately CUSTOMISED items or MADE TO ORDER items can not be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or wrong size ordered.
This includes all nursery prints and baby gift boxes, hampers and nappy cakes.

I received the item very fast. The clothes are very good quality, nice feel to the material used and it even smells really nice. Was packed very nicely so I can gift it as is (wrapped in tissue paper)
