Change of Mind
We allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once the item has been received and assessed by our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product, less the cost of returning the item.
We do not allow change of mind returns on all products. Excluded products include heavy, large and bulky items (e.g. furniture), consumables (e.g. cosmetics) and intimates (including underwear, swimwear and socks). We may also refuse change of mind returns at our discretion where your request does not meet our Fair Use standards.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The bin was a bit bigger than I realised for my small kitchen but is it sad to say how much I love it?!! So well designed, kudos to Joseph and Joseph. Lots of small details which make this the best bin I've ever had!

It has saved so much space for my small apartment plus it is really nice to look at..Also the carbon filter helps to contain the smell. Highly recommend it!

Do you remember the first time you heard the Beatles or the first time you ran your hand gently through your partner’s beautiful hair? That’s what owning this bin is like. Who would have guessed that a plastic housing for waste items could bring such unbridled joy. Without a showdown of a doubt the most wonderful addition to my apartment in the last few months, closely outstripping the arrival of my newborn son.
