All of our products come with a warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
10 Year Warranty on Mattresses, Excluding BNSM-6 & 8 Which are 5 Year Warranty.
5 Year Warranty on Bed Frames
All other items are covered by 1 Year Warranty
30-Day Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.
However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.
If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)
Your only two responsibilities here will be:
The return shipping cost (to our warehouse)
The item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition
Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows the item must:
Not be used
Not be assembled
Not be damaged at all
Packed in all the original packaging
Packaging to not be damaged
Include all unopened tools and hardware
Include assembly instructions

The process of returning the item is as follows:
Inform us of your intent to return the item via the contact us link
You will need to organise to return to the sender
We will keep a look out for the returned item
Once arrived our inspections team will assess the ‘as new’ condition of the item
If confirmed that the product can return to stock we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock we will process a partial refund and notify you
Unfortunately returns cannot be delivered in person to our warehouse facilities.
If you need to arrange a return please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help.
Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

I bought this mattress as it was advertised as Plush and Soft. I’ve never come across a mattress this hard! There is no comfort in this mattress at all.

This mattress is absolutely amazing. Its super comfortable and adjust to my body's weight which takes pressure off all my sore spots. Since buying it I've not needed to have my electric blanket on at all. Love it.

At time of purchase there was only seven positive 5 star reviews so I was kind of hesitant to buy. I didnt want to get the spring mattresses as I was afraid of feeling my partner move around during night and heard that spring doesn't offer much support at the edge of the bed. But the images and description (and video) helped me make my decision, so I went for it and bought one (Queen size). Delivery was fast (2 business days within Sydney) and it came in a box which it was rolled up in shrink wrap, and was very easy to setup. Well it self inflated, or should I say expanded by itself. Instructions came with bed which was nice. It said wait 72 hours to fully expand, but you can still enjoy sleeping with it immediately. I found that it only took less than 24 hours to fully expand which was great. The memory foam layer at the top is fantastic, I never had slept so well before. I had a very firm Ikea mattress for last 10 years and sometimes i would wake up with some sore lower back, but this new mattress (Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam 30cm) is wonderful, I sleep longer at night now and wake up feeling great because of that generous layer of memory foam at the top which supports my body (178cm tall and 75kgs). I like to sleep on my side and sometimes on my stomach. My partner also falls asleep quicker too and sleeps like a baby through out the night. In any case, I am (we are) very happy with this mattress as I also purchased the Zinus iron wooden bed frame and this 30cm mattress goes perfectly with it.
