1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

These puppy pad are great they are really more Absorbent than a lot on the market I’ve have the rubber Mats that go on the floor that the puppy pads go on the 60 x 60 cm fits perfectly 👍
