We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

This is my second purchase as they suit my purpose. Lightweight means they are easy to move about. Wondering if I should give them a clear spray varnish to ensure both the longevity of the woven paper and for ease of dusting.

Great product and it already came assembled so no tools needed. Very happy with my purchase. It's exactly as advertised. I purchased to keep my dog out of the living room and works great. It's tall so he can't jump over it and he is not tempted to go through because he can't see what's on the other side. He is clever and has worked out a way to slide the edge off the wall and shimmy through but that's only happened once because I didn't have one end flush against the wall.
