Water Shortage Reminder: When the water in the tank is less than 1L, the Fan&Water indicator light on the control panel will flash and the pump within the app will shift from blue to orange water to remind you to add more water. Friendly to people who always forget to add water to the tank.

Warranty Policy

For our branded products, we have different warranty period between 18-24 months for differnt brand. If there is any issue with the product, we will assist the customer first for trouble shooting. We may ask customer to send us a video or ask them to return the item back to us for testing. If the product is faulty and under warranty condition, we will process the replacement unit for the customer.

Returns Policy

We accept the return item in original package and resellable condition, 20% restocking fee may be applied. If there is any damage on product package/product, or the item has been used and not in resellable condition, we may refuse to accept return. We offer 30 days for Change of Mind return.
