Lenspen - MicroKlear Microfibre Cleaning Cloth
The LensPen MicroKlear Microfiber Cloth can be used on digital camera housings, camcorders, cell phones CDs and DVDs. It can also be effective on glassware, jewellery and musical instruments. This 21 x 26 cm cloth can be re-used many times since it is completely washable. It can be used to remove everything from fingerprints to surface oils. It is a soft cloth that is rated safe for all surfaces. crystal and much more.
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).
- We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Once dispatched, delivery of your order may take between 1-10 business days to arrive at your designated address.
If you do not receive your package within this time frame, please notify us as soon as possible so we can help follow it up with AusPost.
All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known it was unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.

Since I didn’t want to use lens cleaning cloth and liquid with or without alcohol, organic liquid, etc or either the reusable or throwaway one time only use cleaning cloths. I decided that this suede microfibre cloth is suitable for use on an iPhone screen as it doesn’t scratch the surface and there is no need for any liquid. This suede microfibre cloth can be washed according to instructions on its packaging and this product is suitable for me to use as I have searched the Apple care website for instructions on how to properly clean an iPhone screen. I have used this product already and I have seen no scratches on my screen. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max.
