With 21Nm of torque on tap the R21 can lay down an ultra-wide torque range that accurately reproduces the dynamic steering characteristics of top racing cars from F1 to IndyCar. Feel the road through the steering wheel.

Designed with great concentration by experts in the field of electric motors, the rotor uses innovative structures V-shaped utmost point to one side and fractional slot concentrated windings. Under the same volume, the maximum torque of R21 is 30% larger. The torque ripple and cogging are further optimized, giving the ultimate smooth steering feel experience.
The rotor of the R21 is a triple staggered slanted pole design commonly found in electric motor vehicles and ensures a balanced vibration-free motor. The combination of a high copper space factor and triple staggered slanted pole rotor results in a motor that delivers increased torque and dynamic range detail and greatly reduces cogging and torque ripple over traditional sim racing motors.

Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.
