Returns Policy
As per our policy, change of minds returns are usually not accepted but are only accepted at our discretion. In the instance where the customer is keen on returning the item for a refund, the item should be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
The customer will need to return the item at their cost and supply a return tracking number. For RTS products, if customers opt for us to resend the item, a re-shipping fee will be applied. Otherwise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted. ABM will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee from My Deal’s Cost for returns to sender items and change of mind returns. If customers request that we organise a return and provide with either a reply-paid label or arrange a carrier.
A standard surcharge from My Deal for returns which is excluding GST will be deducted. Please review our return rates for change of mind returns.
Small Items (5KG and Under) – $12 per item
Medium ( Luggage and Umbrellas) – $23 per item
Large (Mattress) – $45 per item
Large (Outdoor Furniture) – Standard $75 but Subjected to number of Boxes/Quantity

This is my second buy they are not made to last bought it just under 2 years ago stopped working completely but for the price I don’t care to buy again I have white tiles and floor boards and good for a fast clean these are more designed for tiles and floor boards the don’t do really good for Carpet. You will still need to do a traditional mop at least once a week. I was going traditional mops 3 times a day but now it’s every second day only because my tiles a white and become very sticky and dirty when the grandchildren are over But for something so quick I recommend my genie
