Versatile and challenging, the Hide N’ Slide treat-hiding dog game features 7 hidden treat compartments that can be concealed by the swivelling fish fins or the sliding pegs. This puzzle game for dogs is specially designed to bust boredom and even help your dog with anxiety and destructive behaviour.

For starters, you can use either the swiveling fin or the sliding pegs to keep your dog from seeing the treats.

If you want to increase the difficulty when your dog solves the initial puzzle game level, add treats to the compartment and use the fins to keep the treats out of sight. Then, place treats under the sliding pegs, leaving them on the other side of the groove. Your dog must get to the treats under the fins first before they slide the peg to dump the treats inside into the cavity for extra rewards!

You can also use the Hide N’ Slide as a slow feeder tray for your dog to help improve their eating habits and manage their portions.

To help your pet cool off, you can also mix wet or dry dog food with some water or pet-friendly bone broth and spoon the mixture into the cavities in the puzzle game board. Freeze until the mixture has frozen solid, then let your dog go wild! Great way to encourage slow feeding as well since your dog has to lick the frozen bits constantly to get it all out of the cavity.

If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund.
Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchasing.
We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however, from time to time particularly during busy periods, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control. Please allow up to 30 days delivery.
Where possible, orders will not require signature and will be left in a safe place at your delivery address in accordance with the courier’s standard practices.
If a signature is required for the delivery of your order, please contact us prior to purchasing.
You are responsible for ensuring you are able to accept delivery. We will not be responsible:
- for late delivery where attempted delivery has occurred on or before the stated delivery time-frames;
- for lost or missing parcels that have been signed for at your selected delivery address (regardless of whether or not you have personally accepted delivery); or
- for lost or missing parcels left at your chosen location where you have expressly given authority to leave with the item's carrier.
If your order is Lost in Transit, we will open an investigation with the courier. Only when there is confirmation from the courier that your order is lost will we process a refund or replacement for your order. We will notify you to confirm the delivery details prior to shipping any replacements.

Warranty

Dead on Arrivals (DOA) claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and be reported within 14 days from the date of invoice;
You may be required to perform simple troubleshooting steps and/ or provide evidence to demonstrate the fault before a return can be initiated;
Some vendors prefer to deal with warranty cases directly with end-users; you may be required to contact the vendor directly for warranty claims;
Minimum 12 months warranty on all items from the day of purchase;
If you are a consumer (as that term is defined in the Australian Consumer Law) (Consumer), you are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We will be responsible for the return of your goods. Where we collect goods, you may still be required to assist us with the returns process (such as disassembling assembled items), and we will work with you to ensure this is as smooth and efficient as possible.
Once an item is returned we will either inspect your goods and investigate any claimed defect or in some cases, send the goods to the supplier for assessment and/or repair. Where we reasonably determine that the goods are defective, we will provide a remedy in relation to your goods.
We aim to process refunds and replacements within 5 business days of receipt by us of the original product, however, depending on your item and the number of returns in our system, this may take longer.

Returns

Change of mind requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase and be reported within 14 days of receiving the item;
The item(s) must be returned to us in factory-sealed and resell-able condition.
Please be advised that the buyer must pay for return postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a change-of-mind return if the item(s) is no longer in a merchantable condition*.
We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items to prevent Lost in Transit cases.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.

*Merchantable condition refers to the item being Brand New

Please only return or post items after obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund in cases where you change your mind about your purchase and wish for us to arrange for the return of the product.
