QNAP TS-I410X-8G External HDD/SSD Overview
Bring network-attached storage to harsh environments with the TS-i410X 4-Bay Industrial NAS Enclosure from QNAP. Boasting four 2.5" SATA III drive bays, AES-NI encryption, and dual 10-Gigabit Ethernet ports, the TS-i410X is designed to facilitate fast and secure storage and retrieval. Supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, JBOD and Single by default, this NAS can also be used in RAID 50 and 60 when using 8 drives or more via expansions or an optional 2.5" SATA to M.2 adapter. Connect external drives or uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units via four USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports.
A 2.0 GHz Intel Atom x6425E Quad-Core CPU and 8GB of onboard RAM allow for powerful processing. Output video via an HDMI port supporting resolutions up to 4K at 30 Hz. Optimized for industrial applications, this NAS features a durable fanless design. Use the included power supply and 12V input for less demanding environments, or take advantage of wider voltage applicable to industrial settings via the 9 to 36V input. The QNAP TS-i410X runs on the QTS 5 operating system and is compatible with clients running on Windows, Mac Linux, and UNIX.

The TS-i410X is powered by a 2.0 GHz Intel Atom x6425E quad-core processor and 8GB of dual-channel memory. With hardware-accelerated AES-NI encryption, the TS-i410X ensures the safety of sensitive business data stored in the NAS. The TS-i410X has four 2.5" SATA 6 Gb/s SSD slots to boost IOPS and meet the performance requirements of demanding applications. Please note, industrial SSDs are recommended.

Industrial-Grade Design
This unit features an industrial-grade hardened hardware design with a 9V ~ 36V DC wide-range power supply. With a fanless design and durable chassis compliant with military-grade MIL-STD-810H specifications, the TS-i410X can operate temperatures from -40°F to 158°F. It can be used as a set-top box, or used with an optional VESA 75 x 75mm wall-mount to provide installation flexibility. Use the included AC adapter for easy installation in a home business or office; a 9 to 36V DC input also recommends TS-i410X industrial and transportation applications with a variety of input voltage requirements.
Please note, the TS-i410X does not support redundant power; to avoid potential injury or damage to components, two power supplies should not be connected simultaneously.
Support for Industrial SSDs
Use of industrial wide-temperature SSDs is recommended. When using industrial wide-temperature SSDs, adjust the disk warning setting to 185°F or 85°C in Storage and Snapshots. Doing this ensures the alert matches the upper limit of SSD operating temperature. By default, the temperature is set at 158°F or 70°C for SSDs.

The TS-i410X provides two 10GBASE-T ports supporting Ethernet speeds up to 10 Gb/s. Replicate volume and LUN snapshots in the TS-i410X to a remote NAS via Snapshot Replica by copying only the changes made. Changing your mind / purchasing the wrong product by mistake

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have purchased the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy. (excludes special order items).

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a refund to your account based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

to supply the correct product the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us;
we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery;
the incorrect product supplied must be in a sealed / unopened condition.

Incorrectly supplied products

If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, F Digital can supply the correct product (where it is available) or issue a refund.

In order to supply the correct product, the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us. F Digital can arrange a return ticket to send the incorrect product back by courier.

In this scenario we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery and the incorrect product supplied must be in resalable / unused condition.

Products damaged in transit

If your product has been damaged during transit to your delivery address an investigation will be conducted. Once the investigation has reached a conclusion and it is determined the product has been damaged in transit we will offer a refund.

Please contact us ASAP. We will then advise you to visit your nearest Australia Post Office so that they can investigate the damage. You will need to keep all packaging so that their team are able to make a fair assessment.

Products that are faulty within the warranty period

If your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product, F Digital will repair or or issue a refund.

In order to repair or issue a refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. For some products you may also be able to contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a repair / replacement.

Returns of this nature can be made any time within the warranty period and it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us.

Testing fees and return freight

If you return a product to us that is not faulty, you may be liable for a testing fee and freight charges to return the product to you.

Returns may take approximately 4 weeks to arrive back with our returns team in NZ to process.

Restocking fees

In some special circumstances, we may agree (at our discretion) to accept a return of a product that is not faulty. In these situations there will be a handling fee equal to at least 20% of the purchased price. Delivery, service and assembly fees are not refunded at all.
