Roogenic Nursing Tea is a nourishing blend for new mothers designed to promote a healthy increase in milk production. This Naturopathically accredited, caffeine-free brew is designed with Lemon Myrtle, Quandong and other wholesome plants that are known to support breastfeeding.

Nettle leaf has been shown to boost iron and vitamin B12 levels, helping new mothers overcome postnatal fatigue, while fenugreek and fennel seeds have been proven to increase milk production.

Delicious hot, or as an iced tea, Roogenic Nursing Tea is the perfect addition to your water intake to help with hydration. It is also 100% caffeine-free.

The blend has a gorgeous sweet-peachy flavour from the Quandong with warm earthy notes from the ginger, Aniseed Myrtle and fennel. It is also 100% natural with no artificial flavours.

Quandong is harvested by small farmers and Indigenous communities in South Australia.
Aniseed Myrtle is harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales.
Strawberry Gum Leaf is harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales and Denmark Western Australia.

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy anytime, hot or cold.

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy anytime, hot or cold.

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
