Order cut off dates for order delivery before Christmas

  • Metro Customers for the 5 States [NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA] can order until December 19 for their orders to arrive before Christmas;
  • Regional Customers and remaining states [ACT, NT, TAS] can order until December 15.

Dispatch Closure Over the Holiday Period:

[NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA] - Warehouses from these states will be closed on December 23 to December 26 and December 30 to January 1. During this period, there will be no dispatch of orders.

 

Delivery varies by location, please see the expected timeframe to receive your product below:

  • Metro: 1-5 Days

  • Regional: 3-7 Days

Orders are required to be signed upon delivery unless authority-to-leave (ATL) is provided.

If you have a problem with your mattress that is covered in the 10 year warranty, please contact our customer service team and provide us with corresponding photos of the affected product and we will swap it with a brand new Emma Comfort Mattress.
