Standard Installation

Standard installation applies to the toilet suit adopting a tap water system, with a power socket within 1.5m of the toilet bowl, the location within our free service zone.
Contact us to discuss if you adopt a rainwater system/not sure about this/no power socket/power socket in the same room but far away.
* Installation services will be arranged in 1-2 weeks after the order is received.

Additional installation fee

* If the power socket is not within 1.5m of the toilet, an extra fee of $10 per meter will be counted when the extension wire is needed.
* We can install an extra power socket if you don't have a nearby power socket - $180+GST for each.
* Concealed-water tank system $130 /ea +GST.
* Drilling hole on cabinet / normal wall $50 /ea +GST.
* Drilling hole on ceramic tile/marble wall $100 /ea +GST.
Parts cost will be charged for any replacement required during installation.

Free Service Zone

A free service zone applies for the installation address within the Melbourne and Sydney Metro areas.

Warranty

SMARTO provide 1-year labour and parts warranty, for not man-caused damages.
You can upgrade your warranty to enjoy no worry-free service during the warranty.

Returns / Change of Mind Policy:

Customers are entitled to an exchange or refund if the products you’ve purchased are faulty in materials and workmanship.

Where a problem with a product is not evaluated as a major fault, Hello Kitchen can offer repair or replacement for the item if it becomes defective within the warranty period.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day of receipt of the item. Return only be accepted for unused and in the original package and in the same condition as when the customer received them to receive a full refund. The customer is responsible for return postage costs and a refund can be issued after inspecting the returned item.

Excluded items: Infrared Saunas and Toilet Bidets are not accepted for change of mind return.

Warranty Policy:

Our Electrical Appliances always come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty, warranties are individual to each product, and held with the manufacturers or distributor of the Brands. If an electrical failure occurs in a product covered by the warranty, we will arrange for an authorized maintenance person to repair the product at our sole discretion; otherwise, if the product cannot be repaired, we will replace the product or related parts with the same or equivalent product or part.

The Warranty does not apply to Product that:

The defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Has been damaged accidentally or damaged by a third party
It has failed due to excessive usage beyond what is considered to be reasonable.
Inner-pot of the rice cooker is not covered by warranty due to scratching or any wear and tear of the non-stick pot coating
