Change of Mind:
Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

All returns are subject to inspection by Pet Station and must be returned to the address shown on the invoice at the consumer’s expense for inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration.
No liability will be attached to Pet Station for any loss of profits and/or any other loss, damage or expense arising out of any defect from supplied componentry.
Warranty:
If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

It was exactly as advertised & my elderley cat loves it. It would be better if it was not so hard, but it does keep her warm for approx 10 hours.

This is great, my little dog loves it. My previous house had under floor heating right through the house and my dog was in heaven, she loved it. Then I sold and bought a house down the Coast, where you don't need under floor heating, well I don't but my dog has other ideas. She really does feel the cold, so I bought the heat pad for her, and she is very happy. Thank you.
