10 Year Warranty on Mattresses, Excluding BNSM-6 & 8 Which are 5 Year Warranty.

5 Year Warranty on Bed Frames

All other items are covered by 1 Year Warranty

30-Day Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.

However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.

If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)

Your only two responsibilities here will be:

  1. The return shipping cost (to our warehouse)

  2. The item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition

Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows the item must:

  1. Not be used

  2. Not be assembled

  3. Not be damaged at all

  4. Packed in all the original packaging

  5. Packaging to not be damaged

  6. Include all unopened tools and hardware

  7. Include assembly instructions

We do have some excluded products from our 30-day return policy:

  1. Clearance items

  2. Mattresses

The process of returning the item is as follows:

  1. Inform us of your intent to return the item via the contact us link

  2. You will need to organise to return to the sender

  3. We will keep a look out for the returned item

  4. Once arrived our inspections team will assess the ‘as new’ condition of the item

  5. If confirmed that the product can return to stock we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you

  6. If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock we will process a partial refund and notify you

Unfortunately returns cannot be delivered in person to our warehouse facilities.

If you need to arrange a return please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help.

Damaged in Transit

We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.

Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.

If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.

We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

  • The frame is exactly as shown in the photograph. It's really sturdy and so easy to put together. The instructions are easy to follow and the little tool provided is perfect. There are even extra bolts provided. I love the look of the wood. Very happy 🙂👍

  • Zinus has crafted an excellent bed frame made of metal with a wood headboard. As a wounded survivor of the assembly wars, this bed is by far the easiest to put together. The instructions are clearly written, simple, with enlarged illustrations which allow you to correlate your progress with the intended outcome. Most importantly, Zinus includes a quality wrench--a REAL tool--that is easy to work with (rather than the ineffective knuckle scrapers provided by a well known Scandinavian company). The hardware is neatly packaged and well organised, and Zinus has thoughtfully included extra bolts in case you drop one which rolls out of sight and refuses to be found. To keep the wood slats from sliding, they come tipped at both ends with velcro which attaches to a strip on each side of the frame, indicating that Zinus has addressed a problem overlooked by other companies. The assembled frame is solid, the headboard handsome, and comes with an unusual 5 year warranty. Zinus has even included an attractive set of tasteful "thank you" and greeting cards for you to send to others, which is a thoughtful touch in the midst of social isolation. There are many bed frame manufacturers out there, but Zinus is distinguished by its craftsmanship, design, engineering, and an aesthetic style which are hard to find at this price point.

  • Happy with purchase. Simple and easy to set up. Looks exactly like picture. Doesn’t have quite the amount of space under it as it says.
