10 Year Warranty on Mattresses, Excluding BNSM-6 & 8 Which are 5 Year Warranty.
5 Year Warranty on Bed Frames
All other items are covered by 1 Year Warranty
30-Day Returns Policy
We pride ourselves on quality and always do our best to ensure the product that arrives at your home is as you have read and viewed on our product page. We want to make sure that you always receive exactly what you were hoping for and that you love your purchase.
However we do also appreciate that sometimes the product is just not right or you may have a change of mind after placing your order.
If you do change your mind we are here to help. You can return the product to us within 30 days of the date that you have received it and we will be happy to organise a refund for the product for you. (This does not include the shipping)
Your only two responsibilities here will be:
The return shipping cost (to our warehouse)
The item must be returned in ‘as-new’ condition
Requirements of ‘as new’ condition are as follows the item must:
Not be used
Not be assembled
Not be damaged at all
Packed in all the original packaging
Packaging to not be damaged
Include all unopened tools and hardware
Include assembly instructions

The process of returning the item is as follows:
Inform us of your intent to return the item via the contact us link
You will need to organise to return to the sender
We will keep a look out for the returned item
Once arrived our inspections team will assess the ‘as new’ condition of the item
If confirmed that the product can return to stock we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you
If the product is damaged or cannot be returned to stock we will process a partial refund and notify you
Unfortunately returns cannot be delivered in person to our warehouse facilities.
If you need to arrange a return please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help.
Damaged in Transit
We do our best to package the products with the thought that they will be mishandled in transit and occasionally items still are damaged in transit.
Not to worry we are well aware that this can occur and are here to help resolve this as quickly as possible.
If you receive an item that looks like it could have been damaged in transit (the protective carton is damaged/dented/ has holes/open/wet/looks like it has been dropped) we ask that you kindly take photos of the damage do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately so we can quickly resolve this for you.
We will take the necessary steps to send you a replacement item as quickly as possible and ensure that the damaged item is returned to us.

Excellent product, although soft for me due to my back pain. I bought Zinus base before that was excellent too.I am happy to recommend this Zinus mattress for coustomers. I gave 5*****.. although delivery is very expensive.

Unexpectedly good quality

I received the Queen mattress as part of the Ambassador Programme, so have been using it for just over a month. The package arrived in a neat compact cardboard box. It is quite heavy however hubby managed to wrangle it on his own. Written instructions on how to open the mattress was clear and concise. It was recommended to leave the mattress to fully inflate for 72hrs (not mandatory however) and since we had set it up at 4pm, by 10pm I was ready to try it out! The mattress is quite thick with beautiful padding. It felt soft and luxurious. When lying on it, the mattress feels soft to the touch yet firm. I prefer firm mattresses, and this was just perfect. Sleep quality was great! Having slept on this mattress, when going back to our more expensive $3000 mattress, you can feel the difference with our old mattress being significantly less firm although to be fair it is now over 10yrs old. I had always thought our mattress was pretty good, but it is not until there is something to compare with can you feel the difference. I am a side sleeper and slept well on this however, other positions were equally just as comfortable. The mattress did not retain any heat and the night sleep was very pleasant. It has been over 4 weeks since having the mattress and it has remained firm with no sagging at all. Totally LOVE this mattress!!! And as an unexpected bonus - the box gets 2 paws up from the cat of the house ♥

Quick delivery(3 days) Good value for the product, didnt have any problem so far. Side and corner support is ok, I’m 63kg, chosed 30 cm eurotop for queen size. Perfect firmness for me as I don’t like plush beds.
