Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

My cats love this so much I purchased a second one. They now sit at each end of my front recessed window. Looks sophisticated and stylish due to its simple lines. Great that able to alter which way the cave openings are positioned so makes more private for cats to use.

Very sturdy. My cats started enjoying it whilst mid-assembling. Main photo looks like the top step section is angled, but it is actually flush with the level beneath.
