Full price purchases: You may return new, unused (still in packaging, not taken out) items within 14 days of the email that confirms shipment for an exchange only. Please contact us at for a return number, we will only accept returns with a return number.

If the product in question is not in a clean and re-saleable condition, You the customer, will need to pay for freight back to your location.
