Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

not being fit for purpose.

When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

I have purchased these a couple of times and I love them. The perfect test of being waterproof was the next day we put a few in our yard. It rained seriously hard and for a long time, they were still working.... so waterproof definitely!!! They give me peace of mind as they appear to do the job. Thank you!!
